We offer a comprehensive air monitoring and four stage clearance service to facilitate the safe removal of asbestos and to assist the asbestos removal process.

Our air monitoring services are UKAS accredited which ensures conformity to ISO17025 and is carried out in accordance with HSE guidance including HSG248 Asbestos: The analysts’ guide for sampling, analysis and clearance procedures and in-house procedures.

Our team members hold the internationally recognised BOHS proficiency module P403 “Asbestos fibre counting” and P404 “Air sampling or asbestos and MMMF and requirements for a Certificate of Reoccupation”. All our team members are provided with a fully equipped mobile laboratory that enables a swift response, the ability to read asbestos slides when at site and provide all stakeholders the results of the air monitoring.

Air monitoring information and certificates are compiled with digital devices on site and printed from the mobile laboratory so copies can be left on site for both the building manager and the asbestos removal contractor if required.  Additional copies are provided to clients through our Asbestos Management Portal.

We actively participate in the Regular Inter-Laboratory Counting Exchange (RICE) proficiency scheme administered by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
